Look to your left. Look to your right. Those workers keep their jobs. You are fired.

Prepare for Windows getting even shittier than it is today, because the last people capable of fixing this dumpsterfire will have left.

If they remove 1 CEO they'll save the same amount of money and have more capacity to actually create something rather than a useless CEO doing fuck all but Microslop killing itself is it's own reward.

Employees should absolutley organize and stop work right now until Slopya resigns.

However, that's exactly why this is a voluntary program first. A little bread upfront so you don't get too angry to hold anyone accountable.

And then the rest of the layoffs will follow, exactly like last time.

I don't know if Microsoft employees are actually dissatisfied with Satya's leadership.

Most of them own Microsoft stock so when the company does dumb shit like this that raise their stock price, they all personally get richer.

I get your point, but if the avg person makes for example 100k/year that would mean 6 billion in savings (at some point). I doubt the CEO's salary is that high

An that's 6 billion that's circulating and not just sitting in Bill Gates account doing nothing.

Stagnant capital devalues the currency and the longer the rich refuse to let go the worse it will get, money needs to move around.

The AI bubble is simultaneously the only thing holding the economy together and also the single largest drag on the economy.

It would be funny if an entire department took the offer - every Windows or Azure Dev are just "thanks for the cash chump, I'm out"

Seriously, what happened? Microsoft was bad in the Balmer days, but I don't remember them being this pointlessly cruel to their employees.

Corporate branches are like viruses that kill their host.

What was that Denmark sorry about going back to MS office?

Its already shite, but now there will be no actual support and less real user testing. Oh no, i forgot! The paying customers are the testing team.
