The White House considers anyone that uses the term, “Artificial Intelligence,” as opposed to the highly accepted new and more accurate term, “Super Intelligence,” THE ENEMY! President DONALD J. TRUMP

I wonder. Does that made this community a terrorist organization?

If trump doesn't consider you an enemy at this point, you're a terrible person.

What I love about this is that the senile orange fart bag will almost certainly forget his decree in the next few days and go back to calling it AI himself.

Yeah, Trump and/or his family are definitely domain-squatting a bunch of Slovenian TLD domain names that they're hoping to sell for gorillions of dollars in their latest grift. Slovenia's TLD is the .si TLD.

    • Continuing to insist on "SI" of "AI".
    • The way he decided on "Super Intelligence" was from a Truth Social poll where the options were "Super Intelligence", "Supreme Intelligence", and "Superior Intelligence", all of which have the initials "SI".
    • And Melania's Slovenian.

When I first heard someone say the reason for the "SI" thing was that Trump was domain name squatting, it was conjecture. But more and more, everything he does makes it sound like there's no other reasonable explanation for how weird he's acting about it.

This is too stupid to be their grift.

This carries risk, squatting isn’t cheap, and there’s zero momentum.

They prefer dumbass shit that involves tricking his base.

I believe it's as simple as Trump making it even easier to find out who his followers are. Trumpers say one thing out of loyalty, everyone else says the other. If you're casually talking to a stranger, you'll instantly know what they believe when they mention Trump's phrase. Similarly, Trumpers can use the phrase to quickly show they're on the same side.

Newspeak was the official language of Oceania The United States of America and had been devised to meet the ideological needs of Ingsoc MAGA, or English Socialism American Conservatism. In the year 1984 2026 there was not as yet anyone who used Newspeak as his sole means of communication, either in speech or writing. The leading articles in 'The Times' were written in it, but this was a TOUR DE FORCE which could only be carried out by a specialist. It was expected that Newspeak would have finally superseded Oldspeak (or Standard English, as we should call it) by about the year 2050. Meanwhile it gained ground steadily, all Party members tending to use Newspeak words and grammatical constructions more and more in their everyday speech. The version in use in 1984 2026, and embodied in the Ninth and Tenth Editions of the Newspeak Dictionary, was a provisional one, and contained many superfluous words and archaic formations which were due to be suppressed later. It is with the final, perfected version, as embodied in the Eleventh Edition of the Dictionary, that we are concerned here.

The purpose of Newspeak was not only to provide a medium of expression for the world-view and mental habits proper to the devotees of Ingsoc MAGA, but to make all other modes of thought impossible. It was intended that when Newspeak had been adopted once and for all and Oldspeak forgotten, a heretical thought—that is, a thought diverging from the principles of Ingsoc Maga—should be literally unthinkable, at least so far as thought is dependent on words. Its vocabulary was so constructed as to give exact and often very subtle expression to every meaning that a Party member could properly wish to express, while excluding all other meanings and also the possibility of arriving at them by indirect methods. This was done partly by the invention of new words, but chiefly by eliminating undesirable words and by stripping such words as remained of unorthodox meanings, and so far as possible of all secondary meanings whatever. To give a single example. The word FREE still existed in Newspeak, but it could only be used in such statements as 'This dog is free from lice' or 'This field is free from weeds'. It could not be used in its old sense of 'politically free' or 'intellectually free' since political and intellectual freedom no longer existed even as concepts, and were therefore of necessity nameless. Quite apart from the suppression of definitely heretical words, reduction of vocabulary was regarded as an end in itself, and no word that could be dispensed with was allowed to survive. Newspeak was designed not to extend but to DIMINISH the range of thought, and this purpose was indirectly assisted by cutting the choice of words down to a minimum.

I have been saying this for a while, it's an llm model, it's not "AI," and will never be "AI," as the hallucinations can't be eliminated, it just can't get to where they are claiming it will go.

Obviously it is still powerful, especially in running half baked surveillance on the populations to make secret social scores on us based on faulty and half baked metrics these self important tech lords come up with.

Obviously though, whomever wrote that wants us to call it like special intelligence was it? I though we were saying challenged now and not special because ableism? Idk.

We are anti tech extreamists under his definitions so yes.

And their bar is set really low for that, as in you if you think elon musk is stupid, but still like ai and everything else they think you're a terrorist. because "elon makes so many jobs and is a super intelligent man inventing star link and electric cars all by himself."

No that idiot is a welfare queen mooching off our tax dollars scamming other older stupid people into giving him government contracts for failed products like a underground tunnel only for teslas, or solar roofs, fucking anything really.

And he's not even the one making this stuff. He comes in buys out companies and dictactes the most brain dead ideas to the team so he can pretend he's Steve jobs innovating and jerk himself off at night. His idea of innovations are things like getting rid of door handles on his cars, or making it so the starlink doesn't have a Ethernet port and you have to do everything through a shit app with grok built in.

Literally the most incompetent stupid person you can think of. Luckily most of the facists are like that.

Trump’s executive order says advanced AI technology does “much more than imitate or automate discrete aspects of human intelligence,” noting its capabilities “far exceed what was envisioned” when AI was first used.

Lol, "far exceed whatbwad envisioned"? They mostly can nudify toddlers, have it write slop essays, and have it fuck up your code base... In theory oy could be used as a tool to improve cancer screening, for example, bit you can bet your ass they're not building those data centers to combat cancer. Nude toddlers is where the money is at, apparently

Suuu-ure, we're all going to do some Ministry of Truth shit on a half a century of scientific literature and media and tech and change everyone's terminology overnight. Because Commander Soft Brain said so. His industry buddies are probably hella sweating right now, but they should have gotten used to it by now.
