Unfortunately there is no 'reverse vending machine' near me but here are the locations with an interactive map to check if you have a local. You can apparently get refunds through different methods including Paypal or cash vouchers

Still suprises me that VIC was the last state to implement CDS. Wait til you get the big recycling centers (though you can hire bins for pickup and get direct deposited now!) And then you'll have easy side income if you habitually pick up recyclables when out and about.
