I swear to god, every time I encounter a straggler machine that never upgraded from Win10 to Win11 - it runs faster and more stable than newer and beefier PCs with 11. Insane.
Don't even get me started on making 4GB of RAM perfectly usable just by installing Mint XFCE. Switch to Linux wherever you possibly can.
