What is this weird Kash Patel worship going on in MAGA world? Like, did he get funding for a psy op and decided to use it for this? That exactly what happened isn't it.

There's something really offputting about jamming these political officials into "children's" books, regardless of if it's Kash Patel or Hillary Clinton. These are not for children, any child who does end up reading this is a byproduct of the adult who actually wants to read this. The reductive take is that this is just where American reading comprehension is at. But. These things apparently sell enough for publishers to keep approving them... so maybe the reductive take isn't all that reductive????

These dudes are huffing their own farts to a degree I thought was left to antiquity. How much of a fucken loser do you have to be to paint yourself as an amazing wizard in a children's book? It wouldn't be an issue in itself but we know Kash is a googley eye'd fuck with no commendations to his name whatsoever and so does he. So he needs this to feel good instead of doing good.

I've said it before, but these CHUD children's books never work because they can't use metaphor properly to simplify their ideas to a level young children can understand, since their ideas are already so simplistic. So all they can do is dress up their toxic ideas in vague fantasy/talking animal coat of paint, which is why they don't work as a children's book, because children aren't going to understand any of the references when Kash the wizard slays the evil Sleepy Joe dragon or whatever.

I mean technically it's not a MAGA book, because he's brown and MAGA don't do brown, even delusional sycophants who want to pretend the base doesn't also view him with racialized disgust
