    Is Star Link not supported by the US govt or some contracts, so they can have Internet everywhere, and to finance the whole operation? My impression was the the US has the last word who gets access to starlink, not Elons ego. Otherwise his company and personal wealth would fall quite considerably if his government contacts would be cancelled over disagreements.

    have they tried award the corporation providing the service it self not the CEO? again the CEO that has no idea how starlink actualky works and is just a useless techbro oligarch who probably doesn't even know how to write hello world in python and doesn't basic laws of physics

    They hate Europe, apparently. Looks like they blame us for the history of colonialism, from a glance. Not sure where they're from and didn't dig deep enough into their comment history to find out (guessing some place that was a victim of said colonialism), but I'm fairly sure they're not gonna converse in good faith with what they consider "Eurotrash".

    Its fair.

    We certainly dont have to like Musk, but Starlink helped Ukraine survive, from early on. He helped facilitate it. Thats a fact. Its sensible to acknowledge that (and to stroke egos for strategic reasons).

    ...There is no place for pride in this kind of war.
