Braided Solo Loop Size Question (alien.top)

I know people say to order one size down. I have a size 7 solo loop that feels a bit loose. When I use the print out measuring tool, and wrap it tightly without overly squeezing, I get right at the end of 6. Should I order a size 6 braided solo loop? Or 1 size down, to size 5?

If you have Apple Store near by go and test it out.
