The Trump regime has a habit of not monitoring things that would make them look bad. I wonder how much of this difference is real, and how much is due to one country trying to track cases while the other tries not to.

I would take this with a grain of salt, there is a large chance we are just monitoring our outbreaks and tracking/cataloging them better. My friends in epidemiology and outbreak tracking have mentioned the US isnt playing ball right now and it is likely they may not be publishing outbreak numbers like we do anymore
