Microsoft's last ditch effort to push people into Linux?
Enterprise LTSC isn't a version you commonly run on devices where you can just switch your OS at will.
I wouldn't put Windows into my server environment if someone paid me for the privlege. There is exactly one (Windows10) box in my house, belongs to my youngest son, and the minute it goes end of life he's moving to Fedora too.

The IOT version of W10 will last a few more years. Maybe as a B plan of the transition needs to be pushed.
