What is this outlet? Can I use it for internet access? (alien.top)

Hello, I'm completely new to this, currently looking at apartments to rent and found this outlet, I'm usually used to seeing ethernet/cat6 outlets but not sure what this is, or if I can use it for internet. Any help would be appreciated, thanks :)

Looks like what’s left of a staff help button with a pull cord, maybe used to be an assistive care apartment

That is a connection to a roof-mounted TV aerial from back in the days when that was a thing. No, you can't use it for internet.

As another person said, it's a Belling-Lee outlet. There are adapters to convert it into a F-type connector used by MoCA.

You would need to ensure that other, similar outlets are wired together through a splitter. The splitter should ideally be replaced with one that can pass frequencies up to 1675 MHz. Finally, you'd probably want to disconnect the aerial antenna to remove it as a source of interference.
