the cartel uses a "break and stick" policy to enforce participation from various firms and its' going to be interesting to watch them try to do it with company that doesn't care about lost profits (aka the stick) or revenue (aka the bread).
I wish ASML (or whoever) would send them proper machinery. They will get there eventually even without them, but we need those chips yesterday.
