President Donald Trump's appearance in Michigan was interrupted by chants of "pedophile protector" from a protester on Monday.

Videos shared on social media show Trump speaking in Milford while the protester or protesters repeatedly shouted the phrase during his remarks, briefly disrupting the event before the president continued speaking. The chants come as pressure has mounted from critics and some lawmakers for the release of additional documents related to the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

The video shows the president saying, "He's a communist, he's a communist," while pointing. The crowd then broke out into a chant of "USA! USA!" It is not immediately clear to Newsweek at the time of publication whether the protester or protesters were removed from the audience.

Sounds like the president is telling us that opposing pedophilia is a communist position.

Hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!

I’d rather be red than a child rapist! I’d rather be pretty much anything else than a child rapist. What a pathetic piece of trash! 😂😂😂 I fucking love it! If I weren’t afraid of losing my job, I’d wait in line overnight to see him shit himself on stage, just so I could tell the same thing.

I’d support a PAC that helped recoup lost wages for those that take every opportunity to call Donald Trump a child rapist. I’d settle for “You protect pedophiles!”, but would prefer “Donald Trump: How many children have you raped!?” I would absolutely contribute to such a cause. We should find a way to make this happen. We could call it Friends For Trump 2028. This way, whenever one of our ads played, it would say paid for by Friends For Trump 2028.

The person (persons) yelling that are actual heroes. People should protest like them more. Trump shouldn't be able to go out in public without people yelling at him that he's a pedophile. There were a few people that did this and you can see it really gets under his skin.
