A toast!

toastpost
The toastiest.
Toast is great. I wish I knew who first had the thought to cook bread twice. Did they want more crust? Were they trying to make bread last longer? What was their favorite kind of bread? Did they come up with putting butter on it or was that an innovation from a second, even more brilliant mind? I have so many questions to ask them, I hope the afterlife is real
I honestly feel like it was an accident as most innovations are.
Some tavern or inn had some overcooked bread and sold it anyway and people just happened to like it.
I like that idea, it's very human.

I feel like it’s missing something. Some source of plant-based protein.
...peanuts!?
If you put beans on my toast I'm kicking everyone's ass

That is the kind of energy you get from a hearty beans on toast breakfast.
Could it be.....seitan?
A toast... to all the bean memes!
Beans on toast does sound tasty. Maybe with some bangers 'n' mash
“All around the world, and coast to coast…”
spoons
For those who may never have heard this legendary song before.
I love toast, but that butter needs to be evenly spread the moment it's soft enough for maximum enjoyment.
Just dip the toast in melted butter, like grandma used to.
I mean yeah if you're not using margarine or spreadable butter you heat the toast then place the butter on the toast then wait for the butter to soften enough to spread over the toast.
This is just aesthetically pleasing. And a shitpost.
I accept your reasoning. And now I want toast you bastard.
I'm here to help.
Some beans on that toast would go hard

Damn, now I want toast
It dose'nee ave enuf bu'uh mon!
Diamond shaped waffles or GTFO
Thanks! :D
That looks delish
It honestly does.
Slap an egg on it or gimme some hot chocolate and I'll eat the whole loaf of bread
At least it’s not that ray bloody purchase
This is Clem Fandango, can you hear me?
I don't know what this means
