Half my coworkers are CHUDs so yeah I don't really see much potential to start a union.

Me quietly doing my job “no we cant have that here share your work with a bunch of wannabe senior managers who’ve never done a normal job in their lives”
Give them work to do, they dont do it, they blame me. I do the work instead of 4 people, they say im hampering their development and “stealing” work. I give the work back they say im not helping.
