We have been a right wing country for ages. Conservarive governments since 2010 but this is a low.
I will keep voting left but until the rest of the populations changes don't count on the Netherlands for anything internationally.

This is so disappointing. My understanding of NL politics has waned since my mother isn’t around to give me deep explainers anymore, but I really hoped it wouldn’t get to this point. Makes me very sad.
He has 35 out of 150 seats/23%, He'll need to compromise.
Forming a coalition will take a long time.
I think it's fortunate that win results in minority seats. In my country, you can get >50% of seats by winning mere 30% of votes. No, it's not Italy. Japan.

Jesus, all western countries are starting to pick the dumbest fucking people, and all the eastern countries are already there. Russia shot its dick off in the world's dumbest war and cucked themselves on the worldstage, and China is gonna go down in flames due to its catastrophic fuckup with their one child policy gender imbalance and their staggering housing market collapse. That general shit is gonna make the great recession look like sunshine and butterflies in the next couple of years, lol. The one child policy gender imbalance is the real frightening part, now that they are well below the replacement rate and unable to pull themselves out a population nosedive.
Let's see if the west can manage to snatch defeat from the jaws of success like the authoritarian countries, lol.
