Don't forget to use a quick action to season it!

Maybe a few maximized fireballs according to this stat block:

Depends on the CR. You might just annoy it.

Looks like CR 8 to me with a particular weakness to fire in the case of preventing regeneration

Da Stats

Link to the STL for those curious and I don't know about you folks but this little fella has been added to my printing queue

Will my players fight it? IDK

Will I paint it? Hell yeah!

So, a bit more than an annoyance, but not quite instant Thanksgiving dinner. Good to know.

Turkeys are some of dumbest fucking birds that roam this planet. A turkey headed hydra would kill itself within minutes of it's own existence.

I do nothing.

Domestic turkeys are indeed stupid, but they are also rather aggressive. You might be ok if it is a domestic turkey.

Wild turkeys are an entirely different beast. They are smart, will ambush prey of opportunity, are rather territorial, and they can fly short distances. You wanna shoot the wild turkey hydra, though that model does indicate that it's a domestic turkey hydra.

My parents raised turkeys, in Southern Indiana, and my brothers and I routinely startled flocks of turkeys in the woods.
