Tractor or truck?
You're probably thinking (rightly) of this type of tractor. However, the cabin unit of a truck is also called a tractor.
Searcing for the Jiefang J6p yields results of the latter type.
Interesting, I suspected that'd be the case, but I never heard of using tractor in this context before. Thanks.
You've never heard of big rigs being called: "tractor trailer"?
Not that I remember 🤷 But then again, I'm not a native speaker, could have easily not paying attention.
