Sorry I don't use the on screen keyboard but in terms of extensions, my only must have is the todo.txt one. Put's a todo list in the bar at the top. It's just saved to a file, so I sync it to my phone using Nextcloud so I can add things when I'm away but I use the todo list religiously.
