Mmm kimchi. Kinda surprised it is a probiotic doing the work and not more the cabbage, fiber is so important for, well, elimination.
I'm going to need a few more labs, preferably outside of South Korea, to replicate these findings before I believe them. Nevertheless, I'll keep making and eating kimchi here in Minnesota. It's tasty stuff.
