Unfortunately, (and predictably anymore, god I wish I'd invested in cynicism a couple years ago, can barely afford it these days), it's AI. Heck they're not even using real transfer sheets, you can see in a couple of their other shorts it's just a sticky sheet slapped over graphics that were direct-printed onto the shirt; but they screw up and use sheets that are too small...
