I had to drive a Dodge Ram rental vehicle to training for my job. I absolutely hated it. I was so nervous because it was so difficult to see around the vehicle, and I had to be dependent on the vehicle's lights and cameras. Plus the gear shift is a fucking dial, and it is easier to turn mid-drive when you are not familiar with the vehicle controls.
Driving a semi truck feels so much safer than that dodge ram.

WHY are these things road legal? 
Because truck companies lobby the government to allow vehicles with lower mileage based on the size of the truck, so they don't have to try as hard to make fuel-efficient engines as long as they get exponentially larger.

If you drive an oversized truck (lifted or not) you are a much worse person than someone leaving an unlocked gun in a house with a toddler.
