This is like a self fulfilling prophecy. A belligerent nation (with a tendency to assault and invade other nations based on a pretext to preemptively deter hostile acts) is now shifting focus on another nation, which will have no other choice than to act on this by means of defence preparations which in turn will be seen as a confirmation on the thread to be real. What are they going to do once they run out of countries to target?
