The "Vostok 8K72K" launch vehicle with the "Vostok-3A" spacecraft, serial number 3, was put into orbit with the following parameters: orbit inclination - 64.95 degrees; orbital period - 89.34 minutes; minimum distance from the Earth's surface (at perigee) - 181 km; maximum distance from the Earth's surface (at apogee) - 327 km.

The flight lasted 1 hour and 48 minutes. After making one orbit around the Earth, the spacecraft's descent module landed in the USSR in the Saratov region. 108 minutes - one orbit around the Earth - heralded the beginning of manned space flights.
