But he did nothing to make it permanent, allowing the next two jackasses to come into office and return everything to Cold War status. A grand jester, accomplishing nada, is a perfect description of Obama's eight years in office.

Obama was really good at giving liberals hope that all their dreams of a perfect America that lives up to the hype would come true while not actually doing anything to make that a reality.
