Saw this on a drive through. Did a double take when I realized it was a Gnome desktop!

It could be Gnome if it's Ubuntu 10.10, which already looked like this.
But that would mean they're running software that hasn't seen a security update in 12 years.

A beverage distributor in my city had delivery issues last week cause they were upgrading their systems - to Windows 2000.
They had been running Windows 3.11 before.

The current one, yes. But that looks different.
This is most likely 16.04 LTS, which still used Unity.

Yeah that’s actually pretty common. There’s a lot of BOH appliances running freedos or dr dos.
