George Washington, our first President, was notorious for his lavish spending so much so that Congress refused to give him an expense account for fear he would bankrupt the young nation.
There were reports last month of Navy members getting steak and lobster, which is usually a pizza index type notifier that war is about to happen. With over a million people in the US armed forces, there's things I'm a lot more pissed off about then them having a fancy meal
