Ok, Patriots assistants have failed all over the league. Can we all agree that the "Patriot Way" was having Belichick scheming the defense and Tom Brady executing the offense? Clearly, Bill was a defensive genius but a clusterfuck on handling players. His assistants clearly believe treating playera like shit is the secret sauce.
