Thanks for posting this :)
I can't get to the store very often for medical reasons so I'd been looking for ways to eat more fresh veg that dont go bad immediately. I'll have to check out some of the recipes mentioned

From skimming the article, the author seems to be recommending eating because it's tasty? Title is misleading if so.
Also people shouldn't forget meat, so their muscles can better grow.
I do like their idea of salads that dont just use delicate leafy stuff. Does feel like an odd subject to write a whole article about though, but no reason not to of you're an article writer I suppose lol
I have limited ability to get to the store regularly so more salads with ingredients that dont go bad immediately would be really nice, I'll have to check out some of the recipes they mention
I don't think people who read salon are at risk of not getting enough meat in their diet...
Also in line with both situations, meat, salad and beans go great together. 👌
Love a salad with a meat in it. My first thought for a salad is always greens + fruit, and a reminder that a heartier salad is possible was very welcome.
Alright, I'm confused...
Isn't "salad" the very substrate of us weirdo Sapiens, across this ~300kyrs..?
I’m not sure what you’re asking? In my part of the world, we don’t eat as much salad in the winter because there are fewer leafy greens and other fresh produce. I liked this recipe because, in addition to the concrete recipe for a particular winter salad, it includes a general framework for how to produce a winter salad from the vegetables that are currently available in grocery stores.
You're right, and I apologise for being weird, there.
Thank you bringing this issue / post. <3
