Looks like nasi lemak, so the picture could be from Indonesia or Malaysia. Posters here reacting to someone eating while sitting on the floor: the majority of human civilization does it. How about respecting the fact that there are other cultures than your own? Maybe the kitten had fallen asleep on the photographer's lap and they just placed it there for a cute photo.

Honestly I would eat cat-adjacent rice off the floor with my hands in a heartbeat. That part is almost as appealing as kitty belly. Almost.

But I presume this is from somewhere in asia with different cultural norms. Maaaybe AI?
