"grave damage to national security" is the definition of the Top Secret classification level, and it's probably in several SCI compartments too.

This bitch is a Russian asset who has been exfiltrating national secrets to Putin for years (is the commonly accepted allegation).

[-] socsa@piefed.social 62 points 5 days ago

Which also means there is no reason Congress cannot be briefed. Congresspersons are routinely read into SCI and SAP compartments for basic oversight duty. They have their own SCIF and everything. If the regime is withholding access to oversight, it's only because Republicans on these committees are refusing to force the issue.

[-] phoenixz@lemmy.ca 6 points 3 days ago

Congress probably cannot be told because a lot of Republicans are in that document

[-] Supervisor194@lemmy.world 36 points 5 days ago

lol half of them are probably named in it.

[-] zd9@lemmy.world 26 points 5 days ago

It's obvious to anyone who reads past the most surface reading of anything. This regime lies just like you and I breathe. Almost everything they say is a lie.

One day, hopefully soon, he will be gone, and this whole thing will hopefully implode, but the damage is done. It's funny, because this whole regime has done "grave damage to national security" in many different senses.

Spoiler: she’s a russian plant.

No shit.

Tulsi has left a paper trail showing how Trump, his entire admin, as well as the scrotus are compromised by Russia/Israel. They're trying to figure out how to bury that along with everything else they're trying to hide.

Being locked in a safe only means Secret or above. However, the use of the phrase "grave damage to national security" indicates Top Secret. That's the sort of thing that's usually only accessed in a SCIF.

whoa weird timing on such a similar comment, 1 minute ago

[-] FlexibleToast@lemmy.world 12 points 5 days ago

Must have been typing at the same time. I looked to see if anyone said the same thing. I got distracted in the middle of writing my comment as well. But, yes that wording is very specific.

[-] Gerudo@lemmy.zip 35 points 5 days ago

Even with this, wasn't she the one who tagged along with the stealing of the 700 boxes of Georgia election results? Only the best.

[-] MacAttak8@lemmy.world 18 points 5 days ago

Yes she was.

[-] resipsaloquitur@lemmy.world 40 points 5 days ago

Putin’s puppet.

[-] RumorsOfLove@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 3 days ago

Tulsi has a secret plan to depose Trump and Vance and restore the Republic.

[-] UnspecificGravity@piefed.social 25 points 5 days ago

When the fact that she is a Russian agent is common knowledge, you have to wonder what is so scary that it has to be locked up.

[-] snooggums@piefed.world 18 points 5 days ago

Who she compromised and their current positions in the administration.

[-] UnspecificGravity@piefed.social 13 points 5 days ago* (last edited 5 days ago)

Again, the actual president is obviously compromised. Does it get worse than that?

[-] jollyrogue@lemmy.ml 1 points 3 days ago

Possessing the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis and the knowledge of how to wield it?

It’s hard to think of anything that would matter to anyone who could do something about it at this point.

The US is such a failed state.

Everything from calling her a Russian asset to voting abuse.

So... is she gonna be the next president of the United States?

[-] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 11 points 5 days ago

A republican woman candidate at this point would be interesting. I imagine her having to occasionally pander to the tradwife stereotype, Katie Britt style, with a little bit of Mom's Old Fashioned Robot Oil and maybe some Martha Stewart mixed in. We got a little preview with Sarah Palin. I wonder what the think tanks learned from that.

[-] RedSnt@feddit.dk 13 points 4 days ago

Are people unaware or have they forgotten that her dad, Chris Butler, is a cult leader?

[-] entwine@programming.dev 2 points 3 days ago

Wikipedia says her dad is Mike Gabbard. Are you saying Mike Gabbard is actually Chris Butler, or that Mike Gabbard is a cuck?

Either way this is the first time I've heard about this lmao. What a fucking joke we are as a country.

[-] RedSnt@feddit.dk 2 points 2 days ago

Ah shiet, my memory keeps failing me. I watched a video about it a long while ago and just did a cursory search: "Tulsi cult", and went off memory alone. You're of course right. Thanks for the correction!

[-] whitecollarcry@lemmy.world 1 points 3 days ago

sigh unaware

[-] 7toed@midwest.social 9 points 4 days ago

It also implicates another federal agency

Oooh boy who wants to take bets? Maybe how the FBI covered for her. Maybe she exfiltrated some information, NNSA or DOE would be funny but kinda boring. I'd imagine even just sharing capabilities could land this top secret to begin.

[-] village604@adultswim.fan 3 points 4 days ago
[-] 7toed@midwest.social 2 points 3 days ago

God I already forgot that is/was an agency and not just another Musk K-hole we get psychologically exposed to

[-] ExtremeDullard@piefed.social 12 points 5 days ago

I'm all for shitting on any and all members of the Trump regime, but I'm not buying this one: if it's so classified, how come we get to hear about it?

[-] FlexibleToast@lemmy.world 38 points 5 days ago

Data about data isn't necessarily at the same classification as the document.

[-] degen@midwest.social 5 points 5 days ago

Its always the metadata that gets you

[-] SatansMaggotyCumFart@piefed.world 20 points 5 days ago

It was in Mar-a-lago's bathroom.

[-] deadbeef79000@lemmy.nz 6 points 5 days ago

Often people need to know a document exists without knowing the content of that document.

For example, requesting access to that document.

[-] Remember_the_tooth@lemmy.world 5 points 5 days ago

That's an interesting take. What do feel is the goal in this situation?

Get the whistleblower in front of an intelligence congressional committee and ask about it. The regime won't tell you shit if you're not GOP.

[-] pelespirit@sh.itjust.works 3 points 5 days ago
[-] sundray@lemmus.org 3 points 5 days ago

"Grave damage to national security," or, "Moderately embarrassing, but we will never co-operate because fuck Congress"?

[-] some_guy@lemmy.sdf.org 2 points 5 days ago

Wonder what has been alleged.

Kleptocracy at its best.

[-] kandoh@reddthat.com 2 points 5 days ago

My guess is she's sending info to the Russian and Indian governments

[-] Quacksalber@sh.itjust.works 64 points 5 days ago

"navigating a unique set of circumstances" When the agency is asked to investigate its own boss.
