Since the body did come the title of post that this thread, I do not understand why not, here is the body:

I was thinking a large enough, thus plenty of resources & well known, but truly animals/beings rights organization, can help or take the lead in running a petition campaign that makes it illegal/prevents* the state’s/county’s/city’s/public’s politicians & public services departments & their resources (the department’s vehicles & such) from participating in entertainment events that has been defined in the petition as including animals abuse(s).

Of course I am not saying the police cannot setup the routes, manage the traffic, prevent violences-attacks (like from terrorist) & Etc..

I know that some readers are going to say, why not just do the same thing to ban the events or the animals abuse(s) in any events or even any animals in events that are based of animals abuse. My answer is that takes a lot time, effort & resources, not saying it is not important & should not be done, but this idea can be done faster, less effort & resources required. Both can be done at same time, but obviously my idea would completed first.

The biggest selling point of this idea is that it stripes out the state’s/county’s/city’s/public’s politicians & public services departments & their resources (the department’s vehicles & such) from these events of animals/beings abuse(s). Which weakens those events’ power within the state/county/city, that helps the other efforts, like getting bans.

*- Have serious punishments, like large enough fines & certain number of hrs. in educational classes on the type of animal(s)/being(s)abuse(s) that was included in the events.
