Honestly think it would be declared "terrorism" and seized by the government.

Its not a bad idea but I think its probably wasted effort. The chances that the database will survive revolution are low. The chances that the perpetrators will survive until the revolutionary government is stabilized enough to prosecute is also low.

When I see regular people saying heinous shit I like to comment "Your remarks have been uploaded to the Humanity Against Genocide and Fascism Archive and will be used as evidence in your prosecution." Even if the Archive doesn't exist we can still put some fear in the fuckers.

It would be useful to have evidence. There's a problem with lack of evidence for the crimes that happened in Eastern Europe f.ex because the perpetrators did their absolute best they can to hide them.

Even writing down names of ordinary people who live around you (On paper, not online) could be useful for future historians. I hope not tho' But the fact that millions of people think it doesn't matter is part of the problem. It wouldn't be that difficult if everyone wrote down just a little bit. In fact it'd be a lot more difficult to track and erase the more people did something.

There is an Anonymous Comrades Collective, altho they are Anarchist-leaning.

I think a database sounds like a good idea although that would require a lot of time and effort on your part and on whoever is helping you.
