One eventually stops fighting and simply embraces the hairy life. Soup no longer tastes the same without some cat hair in it.

I consider it conveniently placed dental floss.

Ugh, those heavy metal band names are impossible to read.

I got one of those battery powered handheld vacuums - it changed my life. I said as much to a friend, who also got one, and said he hardly ever uses it. I realized our choice in pets was the difference.

I may as well have stock in the company making my lint rollers.

Get one of the velvet fabric based ones instead. The disposable sticky ones are a scam to get you to keep buying more.

Ahh, cat hair, the mark of really cool people

If there's a cat I want to attract, a black shirt is almost as appealing as a box.

Heather gray is your friend.

I have a white cat and like to wear black. I've found out which lint-rollers are best.

[-] Novocirab@feddit.org 1 points 2 months ago

Could you name which ones?

[-] cheeseburger@piefed.ca 4 points 2 months ago

It's even in my beard, I get so much cat hair out of it with a fine comb every day.

[-] DeathByBigSad@sh.itjust.works 3 points 2 months ago

Cat hair is inside my nose... :/

But I get to hold a warm loaf of 🐱bread...

Just brush the cat daily. It will not completely remove the hair everywhere, but it will lessen it considerably.

[-] Swedneck@discuss.tchncs.de 1 points 2 months ago

get one of those brushing gloves, 5 minutes of vigorous pets and you've halved the volume of the cat

We adopted the most mellow fluffball recently. He was our neighbor's outdoor cat until she passed away. The house stayed with family but they were only semi-caring for him and he started visiting us more. We talked to the neighbor family and they said to take him. He's now our indoor/outdoor cat, but as it was -17.5 C this morning he's been mostly inside recently. And I have his hair everywhere.
