Isn't this like a slam dunk for Weddings legal defense? The FBI doesn't have legal jurisdiction to operate outside of the US..... Isn't this basically admitting to violating his 4th amendment rights?
It could be except SCOTUS has tRump's dick shoved do far down its throat it'll do what it's told to do.
We all know his member can't reach that far. And he can't do much with his tiny baby hands, either.

The Main Justice touched on this after the Maduro "extraction". Standing case law is that once you're in the US border, you're fair game. It doesn't matter how you got here, only that you're here now.
They went on to explain how this can have some legal justification and mentioned the guy behind the Bengazi attack. In that case, there was no formal government in Libya (they were having a civil war post Gaddafi), so the US couldn't appeal to a government for extradition. Also, there was a legitimate case of self defense - the guy did attack a consulate and could easily do it again. Lastly, the US notified the UN they were going to be taking the actions prior to extraction.
But none of those things apply to either the Maduro or Weddings.
I wish Sheinbaum had the ability to retaliate against the rogue state that is the USA presently.

I'm confused by this whole story. How were the Hostage Response Team or even Mexican police involved if he was surrendering himself at the US embassy? I'm also confused by his lawyer's account about being surprised to be handcuffed. How did he think this was going to work?

Rule 5: Keep it civil. It's OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It's NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative).
