Dick Dastardly. Admittedly, Snidely would've been better.
(And I'm gonna choose to ignore the very obvious indications that Dick Dastardly was just traced nearly 1:1 from that very picture on Wikipedia.)
Huh. I knew the name Snidely Whiplash, and I knew about the character that tied girls to railroad tracks, but it was today that I learned that those are the same guy. I always thought Dastardly was Whiplash, despite having grown up on wacky races.
Snidely would have been apropos. Just a dick for the pure satisfaction of being a dick. Dastardly at least had sensible motive and fairly apt reasoning.
Being a bit harsh on Cruella there tbh. Yeah, she hated dogs but she never raped children, ate a person's face, or tried to kill Batman etc.

Dick Dastardly doesn't belong there but he would want to go and totally show up to prove how dastardly and evil he is. Muttley would be sitting next to him, snickering at everything he says.
If you get a tingling between your legs when you see Dick, accept.... oh you meant the character.
Dick has far better things to do with his time than follow Trump, like try to win a race or catch that pigeon.

Can you imagine the field day Hannibal Lecter would have with someone like Trump? The only chance for humanity would be him feeling it's too easy and beneath him. Otherwise he'd have Trump sending the Secret Service to find baby livers for "the most exclusive lunch ever".
