Small timers love to do a 'bust out.' That's when crooks can get control of a legitimate business, preferably one that's been around for a few years. They can order all kinds of inventory, then sell it to their freinds for pennies on the dollar. They aren't ever going to pay it back.
That's how Trump sees america; something to be gobbled up and shat out.
