What kind of sushi are they. I see what looks like toro and unagi but I'm not sure of the others.

Possible guess (top left to bottom right)

  • Otoro (fatty tuna belly)
  • Chutoro (mid fatty tuna belly)
  • Crab meat
  • Unagi (eel)
  • Aji (horse mackerel)
  • Sawara (spanish mackerel) not too sure about this one
