I know you meant morale, but moral is correct.
This kind of thing is precisely why I paid off all my student loans in cash s few years back. Once I released I couldn't trust the PSLF, I gave up.
It was all rigged from the start.
Well if you come across a spare $25,000 so I can do the same, let me know!
