I recently started getting vit D injections as the tablets gave me terrible headaches and my deficiency was awful.
I live in the UK so I take Vitamin D even in the summer. Absolutely life changing.
To anyone here who is thinking of taking them, make sure you do so with a source of calcium and magnesium for better absorption.

Vitamin D deficiency can do that? I always assumed it was just the dry air and my lack of lotion.
