Fat riddim! I really like the classic "talking" bassline. Is this track just retro or actually old?
This is new but just done in your more 'traditional' style. Sukh Knight has been around the scene for a long time too though.

I had no idea this sound was still around, cool! :D

I don't know that much about dubstep because steppas is my one true love but I have always enjoyed the classic dubstep stuff like Sukh Knight and of course Kromestar!
Kromestar is great too!
What sort of sound is steppas? Recommend me a couple of tracks that you think would sell it to me xD
There is lot´s of different steppas. It started with a reggae riddim inspired by disco beats that evolved via classic jamaican dub into it´s own music genre . Now there are several sub niches. Just a few personal favorites:
- electronic instrumental steppas

In France the dub scene is so big they have their own festival

There are also styles that are slower and more melodic or overlap with pop or techno but I´m not really into that stuff. If you want to check out more you could start with my likes, you can scroll for a pretty long time and find almost exclusively dope steppas tracks. If you find any shitty 80s or other questionable music scrolling further down I blame my ex ;)

Sorry if I linked too many tracks, there is so much good stuff
Shit, thanks for the detailed reply. I'll need to go through this when I have a minute and explore :D
