Someone found it hilarious that BBC Pidgin used the West African dialect of Pidgin English to report the UK's new language requirements.

Friend of mine applying for an australian Visa had to pass an english test I would have failed in highschool, this shit was the basis for the historic white australia policy

there's a story of a Jewish guy in the 20s, maybe earlier? Being administered the test in 5-7 languages util he finally failed it in gaelic
