Welcome to our virtual third place, The Café.

Come on in and make a new human connection over a cup of coffee (or Teh Tarik). This is a casual community, do whatever you want, share your oyen pics, your frustrations, and even organize a weekend picnic with the community. The world is your oyster.

Rules are simple, be kind and civil with each other. As with any other café, rude patrons will be kicked out.

I just realised I am eligible for Ptptn first class loan waiver but one of the requirements stated that the application must be submitted within 12 months from the convocation date. I got straight up rejected by the system. It is now 16 months from the convocation date. Damnnnnn, this waiver could mean so much to me.

Any advice on what could be done?

Very seriously, this sounds like you have to show up at the office in person and plead your case. You better have all your scripts and a real good memang can win simpati as to why you missed the cut off date. (Will this work? Realllly depends on the discretion of the officer and/or their superior that day)

I think your best bet is like what Cendawanita said, go to their office.
