You should be happy with it. That’s pretty damn cool.

Haha, thanks! It's way easier than it looks, and tons of fun. You just need nail polish, a cup of water, and a toothpick. My Simple Little Pleasures on youtube has a TON of tutorials.
Ex-laquerista here. They look great! I always have issues with cleanup, but your cuticles are pretty much perfect.
Hello! I'm happy to see a few laqueristas have made it to Lemmy :) cleanup brush is clutch, but my eczema preventing me from growing much cuticle at all helps too.
Also I don't know if you saw the other comment, but there is Lemmy laqueristas now!
Yes! I'm pretty new to all this and am on Beehaw, so went and made a new account on lemmy.world just to join. Laqueristas was one of my favourite relaxed communities on reddit. Thank you for making this one!
I didn't make it, just very determined to help it succeed!
Hello fellow nail artists! In addition to the Lemmy group, I wanted to let you all know that there is a kbin group as well:
Those colours look great. It reminds me of the swirls in fancy icecream, or old school batik marbling. I've never done this technique because I've always thought it would take a long time to dry. It's an awesome effect though.
Yes!! Come join https://lemmy.world/c/lemmylaqueristas
Ooh! I will! I've been looking for a lemmy laqueristas community. Glad someone else started one because I don't have the time to moderate.
