I'm really appreciating the simple grace of the old wisdom here. It sounds like old time guerilla warfare, to my understanding.

People talk a lot of shit about how sun tzu was a psychopath but it really is a good book. He really does have a materialist point of view.

I really like the chapter about setting up camp. I lived in a tent for the better part of a decade and I really internalized the lessons in that chapter.

I need to reread the whole thing, it's been forever and you've piqued my curiosity. I was thinking about POTUS global activities and recalled the verse about leaving an opposing force a way of retreat when I reread the chapter and was blown away.

I remembered someone here had mentioned having been unhoused for a while, some time back. Was that you?

Probably was me.

The leaving people room to retreat thing is also really applicable to how Russia conducts its offensives in Ukraine.

I feel like I can learn a lot from you. I dream of being in a 3d community of people here where we can learn, work and grow together...

I know a few tricks but knowing how to survive in the muck on the floor of the capitalist hellscape is not really that useful unless you are already in that muck. You'd be better off learning how to stay out of that position.
