Marcus Roberts also did a fantastic arrangement of this for jazz trio and orchestra: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hFiRVljUC8M . Unfortunately it isn't a full performance like his arrangements of Piano Concerto in F and Rhapsody in Blue.
