How does one prep bento for the week? If you figured out how to keep bento fresh for more than 6 hours, you have to tell me!!

So I pre-cut and pre-mixed all of the ingredients for inside the sushi, salmon is all marinating, just needs a quick sear (or reheat for some of it) gyoza is gyoza. The tempura im going to try to re-heat in my air fryer and hope it's held ๐Ÿ˜…

Giving that much care to your future self is very healthy and good. Me and my future/past selves generally have an extremely antogonistic relationship that isn't very productive. We haven't had a chance to sit down and iron out the details.

Start small, back the car in at night so morning you can get out faster. Morning you is always in a hurry but evening you could finish what you're listening to as you maneuver in backwards.
