Be informed that the US, in some states it might be still illegal, but rarely prosecuted, since there's more important things to do, like harassing ethnic minorities and prosecuting abortion.
Drawn child porn, in which no one is getting hurt is just as illegal as the real thing pretty much everywhere so.. I don't like the chances on this one
