I know that there was a missle launch earlier, and I have heard reports that Israel has been put onto alert, but I have no evidence for the later claim. The earlier attack seemed to have minimal damage, however I am not sure I can trust the livestreams I am looking at

New York Times is reporting an annonomous but senior offical in Iran said Iran is willing to come to the US and beg for peace... this after the Iranian leadership saying they would not under any circumstance come to washington and beg
I cannot find anything agreeing with this, and its new enough I do not think Iran has been able to refute it
After following the situations in Syria and Ukraine for a while, the best thing I do is to not take anything either side has to say unless there is some evidence about it. The bigger the claim the more evidence is needed, until then I treat it as propaganda/misdirection and look at why they would say such things...
