Comments on commentators:

  • omg, Stuart Broad has taught SA how to bowl, where to field, how to catch. Clearly Man of the Match already
  • Matthew Hayden is the new Bob Katter

Matthew Hayden is the new Bob Katter

Wait what‽ Please tell me you mean that in some weird off-piste way! He was my favourite cricketer as a kid.

Sorry, it was just the accent and huge hat, he didn't mention any politics.

Also, no mention of crocs yet.

Time to sleep.

Sun is out and.game is fairly even. 2 wickets or 100 runs could make the difference.

C'mon, Aussie!

Aussies lost toss and sent in to bat. Pitch looks not so green, but skies are grey, so could swing a bit. I think Aussies would have bowled first too.

Rabada will be dangerous.

Weather expected to fine up, so expecting some batsman paradise days.

2 quick wickets and we've got the ritalin twins....

(Smith & Labuschagne twitch & dance around like they have ADHD++. No offence to those with ADHD etc intended)

I appreciate the commentary. Apparently this is on Amazon video? I don't have that, so the commentary is appreciated!

Ugh, bad end to the session with Head out. The bowling wasn't that good. Bumrah and co were way tougher last summer...

Mid/lower order to the rescue again?

Not sure abiut Labuschagne opening....

Excellent catching by SA so far. Hope they had some greasy finger food for lunch.

Bad over from Rabada.

Baiting Smith too far and short outside off.

Surely that mace trophy is gonna be busted by whoever wins it using it as a bat in a game of street cricket with everyone plastered about 4am the next morning... 🤣

Classic Smudge.

Has no right to score any runs in England with his dodgy technique. But somehow is the only guy that looks anything like comfortable...

Good catch from Labuschagne!

Need.some more wickets!

Day 2 begins and let's see if the Aussies can continue the avalanche of wickets!

[-] [email protected] 1 points 1 month ago

Screw you guys, I'm going home!

[-] [email protected] 1 points 1 month ago

This session after lunch might just determine this match

[-] [email protected] 1 points 1 month ago

Well, after a good bowling performance to skittle SA and get a 70 run lead, Australia decided to make a game of it by throwing away their own wickets ☹️

[-] [email protected] 1 points 1 month ago

Tailenders lasted the first hour adding invaluable runs. Lead now past 250.

Take a bow, Mitchell Starc. This time for your batting!

Things, err, did not go according to plan....
