Cornish rex, I believe. They only have the undercoat fur and not the outer layers of fur.

Ohh yes, very much so.
Are they easier to take care of than full hairless? Do you need to bathe them?
They need a lot more washing with sensitive skin products, and antibacterial treatments if they get acne, but at least you don't have to worry about matting or messes stuck to their butts. You also trim their nails more often cus the beds can get filthy. Apparently they're oily because hair would wick that away from their skin, usually.
Those beautiful eyes... I feel like he's mind-controlling me to bring him treats!

Hairless and thin furred cats really show off how much of their head is just eyeball. He's got the cheekbones of an SR-71.
